BUSHWACKERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Parties are to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance unless there are available slots with short notice.
• Time slots on Saturdays Outdoor – 9:30 to 11:30; 12 to 2; or 2.30 to 4:30.
•  Indoor 10:00-12:00 or 14:00 to 16:00
• Weekday Party times to be arranged.
• A deposit of R750 is payable within 48 hours after booking, unless alternative arrangements are made.
• The full amount for 10 children may be paid when booking and the balance payable 3 days before via EFT.
• We can no longer accommodate internet transfers after the party, it must be done before and proof of payment sent to 0812704264.
• If you have made a booking and no longer want the time slot, please be courteous enough to cancel.
• Deposit of R750 will not be refunded if party is cancelled, but we can reschedule.
• Deposits will not be carried over to the next year.
• Confirmation of numbers attending must be made 3 days before the party.
• Payment will be for the number of children confirmed by close of business 3 days prior to the event, we can’t be responsible for your last minute cancellations as catering will have already been done.
• If additional guests arrive on the day, we have provisions for them and payment can be made on the day.
• Parties will continue in rainy weather but will be re-scheduled in the event of severe weather conditions.
• 15 Minutes before and after is provided to set up and clear up.
• Please be advised that the guests attending the party are the host parent’s responsibility.
• Instructors are provided for entertainment and not to discipline children.
• Please ensure children obey the rules for the safety of all attending.
• Bushwackers facilities have been constructed with the utmost care for the safety and enjoyment of your children. However, Bushwackers Party Territory, Proprietor, Instructors and Assistants must stipulate that they will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, whether consequential or otherwise however caused, by any person who enters the premises and/or uses the amenities provided.
• Visitors and their guests use the facilities at their own risk.
• Please be respectful of the environment and refrain from driving all over the grass area. Parking area at the top or pavement must be utilized. We will assist you to carry your goodies from the car if necessary.
• Driving around the playground poses a risk to the children and our main concern is their safety.
